Ive not been, but air naples center seem to be the best US option from what iv'e gathered.
I was going to go there but decided that the UK is the best place to train (weather permitting). Flying in the UK may take cost an extra £1000 but it appears to be well worth it considering you may need an extra 5-10 hours when you get back in this country, mainly because of differences in airspace, radio, met etc.
However, 'each to their own'.
Good Luck.
