I am currently 38 yrs old and work as a real estate broker.
I would like to do a career change and become an airline pilot and I am willing to relocate overseas to India, middle-far east.
i wear glasses....
is it possible at my age to get my cpl and what are the job prsospects.
i am a canadian citizen but can relocate worldwide for fruitful employment

Take a look at the reference threads - loads there.
Yes, it is possible, but it does not matter if you are willing to relocate - it is where you have the right to work that matters, and you will be in the same boat as all other qualified pilots once trained, whatever your age.
Read the reference threads first (bear in mind comments about getting a medical and checking your aptitude), then come back and ask some more questions.

Hi,
Can depend on how much money you have.
There are people well into their 40's getting jet, if not, turbo-prop jobs.
Do you have any flying experience already?
If not, go and have some trial lessons at your local aero club.
You may not like flying them. It can make a difference to you training.
Even if you want to fly the big ones, you spend a lot a lot a lot of time training in the little ones.
There's the PPL, the CPL/IR, the Frozen ATPL thingie, depending on what countey you're from, then there's the possibility of a self sponsored Type Rating.
Loadsa money.
Good luck.
It's bl**y great when you get there.
