Devil The LearJet 60 Career

HI everyone!

Basically, to cut down on time and irrelevant posts, I am working for a company who operate, amongst other aircraft, 2x LearJet 60's (amongst MANY others). Now, I work in Operations, but hopefully in a few years or more, I will be able to approach the company for a type rating (paid for).

Until then I really need to get up to a suitable level of flight experience. I already have my JAR PPL and over 100hrs...

I have my ATPL exams done (but expired! ) so will have to retake them. At least I know what is required and whilst they were difficult, I passed them all with a healthy average first time across the board.

I need to find the most rock solid way to get to that point where I can say "Hey, guys, about that type rating and right hand seat job..."

What, in everyones opinion, is the best way there? How about these quick/budget training companies in Florida? Any ideas would be good. Especially from anyone currently flying the type!

Thanks!!!
