FAA and JAA fATPL

If you do your FAA license and convert it to JAA then when/if you mannage to un-freeze your JAA then does it also apply to your FAA?

Also on a tangent, do sim hours count as flying hours, ie on your TT?

Cheers guys,

Phil

No, I have been told to get from FAA CPL/IR to ATP you need to sit a written test and take the oral exam and practical test.

Sim hours for the FAA count towards ratings but do not count towards TT
