Flying Instructor
After my previous post I would grateful of any advice on the following
What would I be likely to earn as a flying instructor in the UK. Is it hourly paid? Is it a self employed role? What is the demand?
Just one other ask - if I got a CASA Commercial (OZ) license how easy would it be to come home and become a flying instructor. I realise to turn a CASA licence into a JAA is quite difficult - but would I need to do this if I was only going to instruct commercially, and did not wamt an airline job.
I refuse to give up this dream, its taking me this long to realise what I want to do with the rest of my life. ( I am 45 )
Any help really appreciated

Search the instructor forum - this question gets asked about once a week there. Pay is going up and demand increasing. Better than Ryanair FO "pay" yanno!
