Hello,
Currently considering doing a TR with GECAT on the 320, rightly or wrongly, and was just wondering what the pre course sim assessment and pyscho assessment were all about. Any tips etc?

Do a search for "GECAT assessment" - there are a few posts regarding the sim assessment profiles which are pretty much correct. You never know exactly what you are going to get as they use several different profiles, but there is a common theme.
Did the assessment last week myself, they are filling July courses at the moment for the 320.
