Hello,

I need the FRTOL before converting my CPL any address where I can do it and do we need to take a course or we can just prepare it by itself and take the test.

It all depends where you obtained your CPL as the environment can affect your chances of a pass or fail. To say just flick through CAP 413 is perhaps a bit casual. You may need up to two days with an instructor in order to cover the syllabus fully. There is a list of examiners on the CAA web-site. You can PM me if you wish.
