CPL (H) training - Australia - recommended schools?

I am looking to commence CPL (H) training in Australia in October. I have received information from Kestrel, PHS and Chopperline. Any information from students/graduates of these schools would be much appreciated. Also, is it acceptable to do, say, theory training and 50 hours with one company and then complete the balance of hours with another company? Or is that regarded as 'bad form'? I would have thought that it gave you access to different instructors and companies, so that when it comes to getting your first flying job/s, you've got more options. Any useful advice much appreciated.
