What?
'Sorry Menikos,
I'm sure we'd all like to help you but I, for one, can't understand your question.
Are you talking about converting a foreign CPL to a JAA CPL? Or are you talking about converting a JAA CPL to some foreign CPL, if so which one.
Or are you hoping to upgrade from a CPL to an ATPL (virtually impossible without doing the whole thing over again).
Give us some more information and I'm sure the Pprune community will do its best to reply.
Broomstick.

There are no flying requirements to convert a SE FAA to JAA CPL theoretically it is training as required to pass a skills test. That only applies if it is a SE CPL.
If it is a ME CPL you will need a JAA ME rating to convert from FAA to JAA.
PM me if you need more information I have a book of Lasors sitting next to me waiting to be invaded!
