Float time
Dear Friends
I am looking to get some float experience in Canada or in the US.
I would be grateful, if any of you, could give me some ideas of where to train and how to do it.
I am looking for about 100 hours - and eventually getting a DHC2 endorsement.
Best regards

Hmm, actually I was reading through a mag the other day and came across this ad. It's $9500cdn, and you get 50 hrs float, including accomodations and 10 weeks employment at their fishing lodge. They also include a free Bose X headset! (worth 1100cdn or so, for early registration). This is 30hrs in BC, and 20hrs in northern Manitoba.
Anyway, you'll have to check the details here.

Training on 172 and 206 I believe, with "observational time" on the DHC-2. Anyway, it seems an amazing deal to me, I might do it some day, you should check it out if you want some real bush flying!
cheers
