Schon Air Karachi, Pakistan....thoughts?

Dear All
I've just come back from Karachi, and have been quoted £12,000 for zero to ATPL including 200 hours at the main flying school there.
Now I realise that the licence will be a domestic Pakistani one, and I will need conversion to JAA, but the price is very good.
My question is, how much would you think the conversion costs would be to JAA either in the UK or USA, as it may still be considerably cheaper?
Any thoughts much appreciated.
Kindest regards.
Naveed
