how many fnpt 2 hours can i count towards the issue of my atpl?

You can only count those hours that are part of an approved course. The number will depend on the training provider, the device they have, and the credit that it has been awarded. Thereafter, you are restricted by the maximum number stated in JAR-FCL 1.
