ATPL's

Hey,

Can someone give a clear definition of the difference between frozen ATPL's and normal ATPL's.

Cheers.

a frozen ATPl is a CPL/IR , when you have achieved 1500 total time the license becomes a full ATPL subject to having completed the exams and various minimums within the 1500 hours, PIC etc
