Not really my terrritory, but I spotted this whilst looking for something else on JAA's website. Probably of great interest to a lot of you fellers,

I believe that these proposals have gone up in the last couple of days.

Cant get it to work either ! No doubt its even more onerous though!

Still no mention of a CPL to ATPL theory upgrade then ??
