General Navigation (Help)

Hello Guys,
Its me again (I know am too old for these exams), anyway, I need help with the General Navigation subject. Its my last exam (thank God), does anyone know if I can get a CBT on the subject or something ? I have gone through my notes (Bristol) twice, and still cant make sense of 50% of the stuff. I wont mind a lecture on the subject, maybe weekends. Thanks.
