Seeking advice on Ab-initio fATPL training

I was wondering if anyone could give me an objective opinion on Multiflight's ab-initio fATPL course, specifically if there is anyone that can give an insight into how the course is perceived by airline recruiters. Assuming that I would tag the MCC course on, is there anything extra that might be required from me by airlines before being suitable for an offer of employment? (making the incredibly bold assumption that they think I have the right personality for the job. ) eg extra hours, JOC etc?
I am seriously considering doing my ATPL through Multiflight, as it would allow me to carry on working and hence ease the financial burden. Also, I found the the facilities there impressive, and as far as I know it has a good reputation for quality of training but if anyone can offer any information that's not found in the brochure, this would be extremely helpful to my research.
Any independent advice from relevant professionals would be most appreciated.
Thanks very much.
