Unhappy FAA CPL ME/IR to JAA CPL IR ME??help

Hello, has anyone done this conversion? I am currently working on it and finding nobody knows what they are doing. I have completed my ATPL frozen and have over 500 PIC time.

I am just wondering how many checkrides do i need,, 1 or 2.

Anyone have a good website which explains this or has someone completed this conversion and can give me some good details.

Any tips on this conversion.

thanks

If training in the US.....

NAC students complete the ME CPL in one skill test with an Examiner in the US. The amount of training is at the discretion of the Head of Training, normally assessed based on currency/experience/after first flight.

For the IR, our students return to a JAA Member State (we use schools in the UK and Ireland); most complete in 15-18 hours (min. required is 15 hours based on holding an FAA IR).
