Small ILS Q
I would be grateful for an explanation as to the answer to the following Q.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Q: Under what circumstances would an ILS glide path in excess of 3 deg be used?
a) Where other means of obstacle clearance are impractical
b) For aircraft with STOL capabilities
c) Where noise abatement restrictions make a less steep approach impractical
d) Parallel runway operations
Thanks in advance for your help.

I would have thought answer a) obstacle clearance.
STOL aircraft can use greater than 3 degrees but they don't have to.
As far a I know noise abatement would not affect ILS angle and neither would parallel runways.
