Well there's more static king air sims out there than you can shake a stick at - just look at any of the adverts for MCC courses in this country and you'll see a majority of them are run on King Air sims. Quite a few IR schools these days have got sims that 'can' be used as a turboprop and/or a piston twin depending on what software you boot it up with.

Full motion turboprop sims, off the top of my head there's the ATR and Jetstream sims at BAE Systems in Woodford, I'm sure there's an ATR sim somewhere in the country as well

Why England? Foreign travel is so cheap that you may be better off extendng your search to cover West Europe. But why do you want any old type?
