Total cost of Career Pilot Programm

Chaps,

Has anyone here got a cost break down of the Career Pilot Programm at NAC, preferably been on the course.
From what I can tell, the following is applicable>

1. Total cost as per website, based on min hours, which includes the PPL, CPL, ME both JAA and FAA 250 hour TT and JAA ground school. Also the instrument conversion and the MCC and examiners fees. This figure also includes Accommodation (Shared)
TOTAL 62,288.00

2. Additional hours in order to pass checkride=2,000 USD (Based on 15 hours )

3. Flight to USA=700 USD

4. Spending money=8,000 USD for 12 months 660.00US per month

5. Accomadation in UK during conversion=Varies Say 60 USD A night for 5 days =300USD

TOTAL=73,228.00 USD
What do you chaps think ? Is this a realistic figure ?
