How to log Skill Test Hours

How do I record hours flown on a skills test. They are obviosly not PIC or PUT, so can I log them as PICUS.

If logged as PICUS can they be used as part of the minimum requirement for CPL licence issue (ie 100hrs PIC).

Its all in lasors on the CAA web site under flight crew licensing.

I would copy and paste the section in for you but the file is a PDF.
