When did your FAA PPL Arrive?

Hey,
I recently completed my FAA PPL over in OBA, and I would like to know if any of you guys have got your FAA PPL and if so, how long did it take in order to come? Thanks for any help, Alex :-)

Hello there!
I was also in OBA this year, i was doing the ATPL Prep and i departed from OBA in 27 of July, and i received my FAA license 2 days ago.
When did you started and finish? Did we meet?

Best Regards

mine took 2 months ,
you can check online for its progress

try here http://acra.faa.gov/iacra/

your temp airmans certificate (CAA please note) lasts for 90 days so start chasing about the 2 month mark.

Its actually 120 days not 90 days, check the back of the temp license. You should get it in lets say, about 2 months from the date of the skills test. If you dont, start chasing it from the third month.

You can also try https://amsrvs.registry.faa.gov/airmeninquiry to see if it has been issued. A rule of thumb is to expect your license about a week from the date it was posted on the above site.

Another thing, the FAA have moved on from the paper license and you should get a plastic credit card looking license (It looks cool I must say).
