Beginners Guide

I am 20,and I have always wanted to be a pilot. I have 3 A-levels only 1 of which is maths based (economics) and I would really like to know where I would start, which is the best methods of obtaining a licence and which methods will eventually lead to a job.

I know it’s a pretty open ended question but I will appreciate any advice.

Thanks in advance.

Lots of numbers,

All the information you seek is but a 'search' away. There are hundreds of threads concerning 'What are my chances?', 'Am I too old?', 'Is integrated better than modular?', 'Can I get a job if...?', so you will tend to find that people are not willing to answer such questions because they will think you are being lazy in not searching, unless they are in a particularly helpful mood and feel like replying, or you can word your question in an appealing way. Ideally, you might even ask a question which hasn't been asked before and certainly one which isn't so vague. We are here to help each other, but no-one here has a crystal ball.

I hope I haven't come across as harsh.
