JAR Licence. Examination Groups

Anybody out there give me a clue to how the licence (ATPL(A)) examinations are grouped nowadays? Do you have to sit a whole group or can you mix and match?

Can you sit one at a time???

Exam groups

If i remember correctly:

The subjects are spread over 5 days, you can take whatever exams you wish.

You may only visit the examination centre 6 times, and you have a maximum of 3 attempts at each exam. Different schools advise different techniques. My advice would be to contact your ATPL training provider. If you don't have one, contact Stuart Smith on Uk 01234 757969. He knows his stuff, runs ATPL Groundschool

The ATPL examinations are spread over 4 days and the maximum number of attempts on each exam is 4.

Thanks guys. Already hold ATPL but having some serious issues at work re some other guys licencing requirements. This maximum 6 visits may be limiting.

Thanks again for your replies.
