Anesthetic

I would be grateful for some suggestions as to the answer to this Q:


All procedures requiring local or regional anesthetic shall be disqualifying for flying for at least
a) 12 hours
b) 24 hours
c) 48 hours
d) No restrictions

Answer should be 12 hours; answer A.

A general anaesthetic, where they put you to sleep, will disqualify you for at least 48 hours.
