How old for the ATPL Groundschool

How old do you have to be to start the ATPL Ground School?

To start the ATPL ground school you must hold a PPL. So you need only be 17 years of age.

You must be18 year old to hold a CPL and 21 years to hold an ATPL. So at 18 you may hold a CPL/IR with ATPL Theory so holding a so called Frozen ATPL.
