Get your license (PPL, CPL, then multi-engine IR, then finally ATPL)
Gain about 1500 hours of experience (250 turbine)
Apply at all airlines you can think of and hope like hell that you get that call.

Getting in is tough, its not a simple plan as above, there will be humps on the way, but just perserver and don't give up.

Also, I would recommend you getting a complete head-to-toe checkup and eye examination (20/20 vision w/o glasses/contact lenses would be nice)

Make sure that you graduate with excellent results at high school

Getting a college degree in Aeronautical Engineering would also make the interviewers smile!

All the best!

May I recommend removing the term "wanna" from your dictionary and substituting it with "want to"

Castigation isn't necessary here, No_Speed_Restriction.

Typing becomes tedious, and I'm sure that he will not use slang in resume, hopefully!

dont forget to get the IR. Once you get all these, you can try to get yoru CFI and train students. That way your building hours and getting paid at the same time.
