Jobs in the states?

I was wondering could anyone help me out with this........

I plan to do the Career Pilot programme in naples next year, but im still undecided wheather to do JAA or FAA, i would really like to do the FAA ATPL because i have family and friends around the orange county/ san diego area and i would love to live and work there, but is it likely that a non american citizen would get a job with an american airline?? Or would i have a better chance of getting a job in europe on the JAA licence?

Cheers,
Danny

You'd have to have a right to work in the United States and would mean obtaining a green card which is quite difficult.

Remember that carriers in America require or prefer someone with a four year degree.
