is it possible?

Hello,

i have a question about GCSE's, i see the required is 5 minimum.
but if i had the following would it be just as good?

Maths GCSE
English GCSE
Psychology GCSE (maby)

IT Qualifications:
Electrical Enginering
A+ Certification
Network + Cerfitication
ECDL
PC Repair and Upgraiding

so with that and a frozen ATPL would that be as good as 5 GCSE's???

Don't know what the 5 GCSEs are "required" for but if you want to work as a professional pilot I would think a frozen ATPL would trump any GCSEs.

But what do I know, I'm only a controller. But if I've got to recruit for a trainee controller position and someone's got a licence (maybe the equivalent of a frozen ATPL), I don't care whether they know what a GCSE is!

I would imagine that if you intend to be able to pass the ATPL exams, getting 5 GCSEs really shouldn't be a problem. If it is then think long and hard about whether you're up to the ATPLs before spending your money...
