I'd recommend Mary & Tony Parker. They're a lovely couple, the house is spotless, she's a brilliant cook and it's about 10-12 minutes walk from the school.

They are on the BGS list.

If you have a car, Maxmills is an ideal study environment.

Lovely grade 2 manor house at a village called Churchill (need a car 20 min drive ) - best place you will find - John Avery is your host and cooks a great breakfast

I stayed at a great place in the village of Puxton while I was doing my MEP and IR. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport and June will look after you and cook you a superb breakfast every morning. There are cheaper places about but it is a better quality B&B.

It was pretty quiet and right next to a farm so you could look out of the window and watch the cows and horses if you were a bit fed up of reviewing hold entries etc!
