Talking Training with RQAC or IAANZ, which is better?

Hello

I'm going to learn flying with ab-initio CPL/MEIR course in the end of this year. I have found out some flying schools in AUS and NZ, but i can't decide which school is good, RQAC(http://www.rqac.com.au/ ) in Brisbane and IAANZ(http://www.flighttraining.co.nz/) in Christchurch is the school that I prefer to beginning. Although the course fee of RQAC is more expensive than IAANZ, RQAC has been training China Airliner's cadet. And the trainer aircraft, RQAC is using C172 and BE76, IAANZ is using PA38, PA28 and Partenavia P68, which aircraft is good for training? Have anyone can give me some opinion on this two schools?

Sorry for my innocent questions and thank you for your reply.

Dennis
