To have your JAR-FCL CPL re-issued, you need to have a current Class 1 medical and Type or Class Rating.
Then fill out form SRG 1102 http://www.caa.co.uk/application.asp...=detail&id=461 and send a cheque for £110 (goes up tomorrow) to the Belgrano.....
