Commercial multi IFR skill test in an MPA aircraft.

Any body knows if a pilot can take the initial commercial multi IFR skill test in a MPA aircraft he/she is already qualified on based on a non JAA licence, after all 14 exams are passed?

Simple but complex at the same time.
