Very few.

JAR-25 (now CS.25) is the European book, FAR-25 is the American book. There have been convergence committees for many years making sure that they are as near identical as possible, to the point now where the differences are so small as to be of significance only to a handful of specialist Engineers. From a pilots viewpoint, assume that they are the same and you'll be fine.
