Ryanair 737 TR

Hi, could someone please tell me (ryanair pilot preferably)

If you do the 737 TR in one of Ryanairs Approved TRTOs are you pritty much gauranteed a job with Ryanair, provided you pass their sim check and the rest?

Thanks

Before even having a sim check, you will have an interview which is followed by a sim check either at the Ryanair training centre in EMA (for JAR25 pilots) or the appropriate TRTO (cadets). Once you have passed the interview and sim check, you commence your type rating course at a Ryanair TRTO, after which you do a base check and then line training.

Upon completion of line training and if you passed your line check, you will be offered a job with Ryanair.
