FTO in USA

Hi everybody,

I have friend who wants to be a pilot. The thing is, he wants to do the training in the States, if possible in Florida. Money is no object.

Can you please help me with providing a list of schools, which are:

1. good ones (obviously)
2. both FAA and JAA approved
3. an integrated course (fATPL, CPL with ME/IR)
4. a MCC
5. a lot of twin hours if possible

Is there anything else that needs to be considered?
