Cpl To Jar Atpl
Dear Friend,
I need some help to understand the requirements according to JAR FCL to issue ATPL JAR from converted CPL IR with ATPL theory credit.MCC is on credit due to airline operation Concerning 1.295 the ATPL SKILL TEST has to be performed as PIC (how about first officers, can they fly the skill test on the left hand side??)
Finally any information about PICUS hrs(pilot in command under supervision) will be appreciated
REGARDS

Basic requirements - 1500 hours, 500 multi - crew, 100 night. Skills test has to be completed not before these requirements are met. The skills test must be performed on a multi-crew aircraft. If you are flying for an airline then any recurrent or initial licensing test/check can be used as the skills test, and doing it from your normal side ie. RHS is normal.

Nera,
You need 250 hrs PIC, or at least 100 hrs PIC + 150 hrs PICUS under a method approved by the authority.
You state that your present CPL/IR are based on a conversion. Do you presently have unrestricted JAR CPL/IR/ATPLtheory credit, or are these national?
Cheers,
