Cardiff Academy of Aviation.
Sorry, my last post was under the heading of Cardiff Wales Flying Club, but that club is no more.
Well, the opening night went well, good turnout, good food, and good wine. The place has been transformed into something you have to see to believe. Good to see so many old faces again, and to have a good chat with.
May I congratulate Gary, and his team, for making GA from Cardiff once again possible, and for providing a place with a fantastic future.
So, on behalf of current, and future member's, Thank You.
Allan.

Hi Allan,
Great to hear that the opening evening went well and the new academy is something to be seen. We all want the new academy to succeed.
However did they say anything at all about out of hours access to privately owned aircraft or indeed to their own fleet?
Until we get an answer many of us are not joining (just in case other provisions are made available to us).
Best wishes,
Charlie Zulu.
