CAA CPL/IR conversion to FAA CPL/IR

Is anyone able to advise on the following:-

I currently hold a CAA CPL/IR (A) and ME with about 300 Hrs TT.

What do I need to do to covert this to an FAA CPL/IR ME?

Any recommendations for FTO's where one might do this?

Having got the FAA CPL/IR ME, if I then obtained First Officer Experience (SIC) during FAA Part 135 operations on a two crew aircraft in the USA, are the hours logged usable in terms of the CAA licence?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
