Whe will the ICAO Multi-Crew Pilots Licence be adopted
by the Europeans?

Given that the ICAO Annexe 1 amendment is not due until 2006, it's not likely to be any time soon. In any case, it won't be of much interest to your average wannabee. Who's going to spend £100k+ on a licence that's only valid on one aircraft type?
