Lightbulb Getting that entry right!

Just started my IR training. My question is..when entering a holding, looking at the chart..is there a quick way to calculate the correct entry?

Outbound track - 70deg and its reciprocal I suppose. 99.999% of the time you know what direction you are going so you can work out exactly what join you are going to do on the ground.
