test where you keep a corss in a abox

Hi im trying to find a sample test of the test where you have to keep a cross that is moving around the csreen in a box, while doing mental arithmatic. If anyone can give me a web adress to a smple test that would be great.

I suppose an equivelent would be to start an ILS approach in FS2002 whilst working out in your head what your descent rate, drift correction and ground speed should be. I know that I might get the answer to one before the DA
