Exclamation Where to Train

Dear Friends,

My name is Kush and I am a student pilot from India. I have been
doing my theory pepers required to obtain an Indian CPL and now I want to start my flight training, but the confusion in,WHERE. I have been broadly thinking upon two options:

1) I train outside India (US/AUS/CAN), get my CPL there, then
probably land a FI job there hoping to build upon hours, while
waiting for the big break.

2) I train back here in India and after completing my training
probably go abroad for my Multi Engine Endorsement, come back to India and do try to get some ramp job in an Indian airlines trying to build up some contacts, waiting for the big thing.

Any word of advice for me, from anybody. Am really confused about this and any help would be greatly welcome.

Eagerly await reply,

Thanking you in advance,

Kush Agarwal.
