CATS Scholarship
Do you mean the Cranfield Aviation Training School who offer an ongoing 30% discount ATPL Scholarship? - so far about 10 students have completed, they originally undertook a free assessment consisting of 5 PPL level tests and 1 Maths and Physics paper designed for ATPL students
There is also the pprune - Bristol GS Scholarship see 'sticky' further up on the postings.
These as far as I know are the only scholarships available for ATPL courses

Basically course consists of ATPL theory, CPL, Multi\IR and MCC for £19,995
Entry to course is PPL 150hrs.
Courses commence on 7th June and 9th August so you'd better be quick!

To clarify, there is no 'bristol gs scholarship'. The courses were donated to the PPRuNe fund, the boys at PPRuNE decide what to do with them.
Generally 'discounted' courses are not considered scholarships, they are rarely as good a deal as they first appear and they often turn out not to be discounted at all. A scholarship usually involves some third party paying the fees. I believe GAPAN do a PPL scholarship, for instance, and the RAF certainly used to run flying scholarships up to first solo, I'm not sure if they still do. To my knowledge there are no scholarships, in the normal sense of the word, available for the ATPL
