Ir renewal

Right i'm coming up for my IR renewal. I think i've pretty much forgotten everything now that i was ever taught. I'm based near East mids airport, and i need to find somewhere to renew my multi and IR ratings at some point this summer. I'll probably need some theory by the instructors on how to plan the stuff. Then i'll want a gentle examiner. Anyone have any suggestions where i can go to renew my IR for a reasonable price.

Thanks for any advice.
