M1 Visa
I am shortly to get the ball rolling for a September visit to Florida to do the FAA CPL/MEIR. I am hopefully going to be granted the 5-6 months unpaid leave that I require for this. There is one catch though that I am not sure about. My company have told me that I may be required to return for 1-2 weeks in late December to cover for vacation relief. I am not sure if an M1 will allow me to leave the US and return again. Will I have to re-apply for it before I return to the US? Does anybody have any knowledge of the M1 stipulations?
Thanks in advance.

fescalised portion,
You can leave and return while your M-1 is current, you just need a signature from the school that issued the I-20.
