the LMT of sunset at lima, Peru(1202S 07707W) on 12 august is?

Look in an almanac, you will have to interpollate between 10°S and 20°S, and possibly between dates, although the difference will be small. Note that the times in almanacs are all local mean time (LMT) already.

Also use your head - sunset = evening and August = winter in the southern hemisphere. Lima has a low latitude so it isnt going to make that much difference.

Use the tables and all will be tickety boo! any more problems just post - I do!!
