hi could anybody how hard it is to get sponsorship? and what qualities are they looking for in aplicants? thanks

Have a look on the homepage of pprune under wannabes they have a pretty good info site.

The simple answer is yes they are hard but someone has to do it so dont count yourself out if you think you are not up to it.
