Request: Literature on just how rosey the future of the industry is.

I'm currently putting together a report for Mr HSBC to convince him that he really wants to give me loads of money and I'd like to include a section with some positive spin on the future of the industry.

Stuff like "250% growth in next x years blah blah blah", "constantly expanding industry" etc but some real figures from offiicial sources. Also perhaps some positive articles from Balpa perhaps.. I'm sure I read one on their website but can't find it now.

Any links and information very much appreciated.

Have you checked the CAA website?

What about Boeing and Airbus websites?

If you have access to a fax machine I have some figures in a magazine article from the Royal Aeronautical Society which I can send to you.

Send me a PM with your fax number on and I will send it across.

It's a Canadian report, but I think it might help you...

Many thanks all.

All responses have provided some useful info for my interview/chat tomorrow.

I'll reply here to let those who are interested to know how it went in a few days. I do have the small matter of a PPL skills test on Friday and revision lesson on Thursday, not to mention the Heathrow Flyer show on Saturday so it might not be for a while!
