Runway weight chart

Hi!

I have the rwy weight chart for the 737 here. I think i understand how to work with it but what is the meaning of the weights? Why is there a separate area for the climb limited to? and why is the field limited and the obstacle limited in one row?Are the values all calculated with one engine out performance?

Thanks for the help
